Tai Chi is a tool that will help bring harmony and balance to body and mind.

Sarah Harrison, certified Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor, brings to you several forms of Qigong and Tai Ch that are easy, relaxing and fun, inspiring health and well-being. 

Sarah welcomes you to explore with her a style of Tai Chi called Tai Chi Easy, experiencing RELAXATION and BALANCE with movement and meditation in a safe and peaceful environment.

This practice is suited for all body types and range of motion and OPEN TO ALL levels of skill and experience.

Curriculum includes:
Tai Chi Easy
Shaolin Qigong: 18 Lohan Hands
Nine Phases & Seven Precious Gestures

Session: $40
Walk-in: $7 per session
