Masala Bhangra Workout

Named one of the top 5 workouts in the U.S., The Masala Bhangra Workout is derived from two Indian words, “Masala” which means spicy in Hindi (The national language of India) and “Bhangra”, a traditional folk dance from the northern state of Punjab.
The high-intensity routine combines energetic Bhangra moves with contemporary Bollywood dance steps. Participants can burn up to 500 calories per workout. This unique dance mixes cardiovascular with fun, and is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Masala Bhangra Workout is an ACE and AFAA approved fitness program.

Punch Pass $80 for 10-punch pass (purchase punch pass in advance)

I am a certified Masala Bhangra Ambassador/Instructor, with several years of dance experience both in Indian ‘folk’ and classical dance. I have also taught step and low/high impact aerobics. I currently teach at a local dance studio in Madison. Being active has always been a main priority for me, and being able to add a bit of my ‘culture’ into the groove is an added plus
