    Reflexology is a form of massage applying deep pressure to reflex points on the feet. It opens nerve pathways to increase circulation and create a sense of balance within the body.

    Interactive free lecture series aimed at a broad audience and composed of five sessions focusing on a variety of topics. Scholars in fields ranging from the humanities and social sciences to Languages and Literature will discuss topics in their area of expertise.

  7. Writers Group

    Everybody has a story to tell. A writers group can help provide the support, motivation and feedback to help you tell yours. We are open to all writers--from beginners to advances--and all types of writing. The group will be facilitated by Andy Millman, whose fiction, humor and essays have appeared in "Zest Literary Journal," " The Big Jewel," "Black Heart Magazine," "Flash Fiction Magazine," and "The Helix Magazine." Join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursday each month from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

  14. Monona Rhythm Band

    This lively and beneficial group is composed of seniors who like to make music and have fun. The perform from three to five times each month primarily for senior listeners, and always during the daytime. Rehearsals take place each Tuesday morning at the Monona Senior Center at 10:00 a.m. with occasional Tuesdays off.

  15. Chair Massage

    Kayla Stroud, certified massage therapist, has an enthusiasm for massage. She has a passion for providing quality care to those recovering from an injury, suffering from chronic pain or headaches as well as those working on overall wellness. You can benefit from improved circulation, a reduction in swelling, relaxed muscles, enhanced sleep quality and so much more. Sign up for either a 15 minute or 30 minutes session. The cost of a 15 minute is $15. and the cost of a 30 minute session is $30. She is here every fourth Thursday of the month from 9 am - Noon. Call 222-3415 to register!
