Monona Receives Bike Friendly Community Award!

In our plans for the upcoming Schluter Park Improvements Project, the City of Monona will be adding some new "bike friendly" features in the way of a bike repair station and water bottle filling feature.  The park is easily accessible via the Monona Lake Loop recreational bike route.  Monona has plans to implement more bicycle friendly features in the future that will be included in certain road improvement projects.  Monona is focused on planning more multi-modal transportation improvements and sustainable practices.  The City is set to implement some exciting projects in the near future.  Stay Tuned and Ride On!
