Mindful Movement is a gentle movement class designed for all ability levels, allowing you to find your own pace and intensity. A simple, yet effective practice focuses on body awareness and joint mobility to encourage oxygen and blood flow, increase vitality, release unhealthy tension and promote balance and self awareness.
