Mindfulness meditation is a form of mediation or relaxation that focuses awareness on breathing to achieve a healthy, balanced mental state. It is proven to reduce stress, lower the heart rate, reduce anxiety and strengthen positive thought patterns and attitudes. All are welcome with no experience needed.
