Back by popular demand! It's harvest season, when our gardens are full and farmers' markets are overflowing with produce ready to be "put up" for the winter. Faith Anacker will return to discuss the basics of the fermentation process and lead a hands-on demonstration of fermenting foods at home. Attendees will create a mix of vegetables in a container to take with them. Space is limited to the first 24 adult and older teen sign-ups. Free refreshments and door prize!
