    Reflexology is a form of massage applying deep pressure to reflex points on the feet. It opens nerve pathways to increase circulation and create a sense of balance within the body. The feet are like a roadmap that connects to organs and glands withing the body and by working with the feet it can increase normal function and flow. This practice will leave individuals feeling relaxed as they body's natural equilibrium is restored.
