    Wellness on the Water is a Monona's newest fitness series offered by Monona Parks & Recreation. The Wellness on the Water goal is to facilitate improvement of the overall health and wellness within our local community by educating and empowering individuals through fitness. Be sure to push yourself mentally and physically with our Wellness on the Water series in order to jump start your long term health and fitness goals. These outdoor classes are open to all! Come with friends or meet new people with common interests! Social distancing requirements will be meet and class sizes must be kept under 25 people. WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. The warm up previews the dance steps in class and the cool down combines yoga-inspired static stretching and balance poses. WERQ is taught by Certified Fitness Professionals, so the WERQout is safe and effective.

  1. Woodman's Shopping Trip

    A transportation project funded through a grant provided by Dane County Department of Human Services in which Monona residents are provided transportation to Woodman's East on the second Tuesday of each month. Rides are coordinated through the Monona Senior Center at 222-3415 and First Student is contracted to provide the rides. Cost is free for all rides.
